What vehicles do you repair?
We specialise in various types of cars BMW, VAG, PSA and others. Our aim is to identify potential issue and resolve it in honest, transparent way. Every car is different hence it requires and individual approach. Thanks to our experience gained over the years, we confident to work on most cars.
Do you charge for estimates?
We do not charge for estimates. It is for free. Our estimates are based on preliminary assessment of vehicle. Price may change during process if there will be any additional treatments identified. However, we always inform our customers of any changes before we undertaking any additional work. We believe that our expertise can avoid many harmful unexpected malfunctions hence we honestly inform about any unforseen additional work that may be undertaken. On some work we require initial downpayment of 30% of initial estimate.
How long does it take to get an estimate?
We aim to respond to our customers within 24 hours from quote sent. We prioritise and value our customers time and we know how crutial it is to keep as all on the road as quickly as possible.
